Payment Information

I accept e-transfer. Visa and Mastercard are accepted when booking through my booking system. Please note that fees are due within 24 hours of your appointment. If you’re using private health insurance, I’ll provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Sliding Scale

I offer a limited number of appointments on a sliding scale for those who face financial barriers. If cost is a concern, please contact me to discuss options.

Insurance & Receipts

Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. If you plan to use private insurance (such as Blue Cross), please check with your provider to make sure RCCs are included in your coverage. I don’t bill insurance directly, and payment is due at the time of your session. After each appointment, I’ll provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please do so through my booking system as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged in full.

Online Booking System

I use Acuity for scheduling and will send you a link to access the booking system. You’ll be able to set up an account and book an appointment through this link. If you run into any issues with the process, don’t hesitate to reach out.
