I accept Interac e-Transfer. Please note that counselling fees are due within 24 hours of your appointment.

Sliding Scale

I offer a limited number of appointments on a sliding scale for those who face financial barriers. If cost is a concern, please contact me to discuss options.

Insurance & Receipts

Many extended health plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor. If you plan to use private insurance (such as Blue Cross), please check with your provider to make sure RCCs are included in your coverage. I don’t bill insurance directly, and payment is due at the time of your session. After each appointment, I’ll provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please email me as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged in full.
